Quantum Regression and Integration Therapy (Q-RIT) Quantum regression is a term that combines elements of quantum theory with regression therapy, a form of therapy that aims to address past traumas or experiences that may be affecting an individual’s present behavior or emotions. It involves guiding clients into a deeply relaxed state, similar to hypnosis, to access memories and emotions from past experiences, with the goal of understanding and resolving unresolved issues or traumas.
